Internet Explorer (none / 0)

Whenever I first try to open IE, it hangs. I
have to do ctl-alt-del and close it. Then I
try to open it again, and I get the message to return to page or go to home page. I choose "home page" then it opens
and I can go about my business. The whole
thing is time consuming a royal pain. Any
suggestions?
